yes we will have the 2nd leg this october and mar dizon will be playin with a new set of supporting clinicians..as i said life has a lot of surpirse to offer...

yes we at the mapex team has plans of havin the provincial area as part of our tour,
we are on the process of studying which area is the beast to have that provinical clinic..cheers man...mapex drums presence will be felt nationwide

Sige, libre kita ng bonuan bangus (boneless or hindi) kapag malapit dito ang tour. I know you like 'em. bwahahahaha!!!!! kahit sa baguio na lang siguro ok lang sa akin.... basta mapuntahan ko. solb na ako dun.... tsaka malamig....

Sa Pangasinan, laki ng market, it's just that people look for affordable gears na maganda ang tunog. Kaya siguro di tumagal Audiophile dito. Tip lang kung interested kayo dito, do it around April, kapag malapit na ang Bangus Festival. If you want i can secure you an area to hold it with. May connections ako sa isang mall dito. Just pm me if they are interested ok? Tapos kung gusto nila, sana isama mo si bea whehehehehe!!!

JP...I spoke with Chris this morning. Turns out she sat in 3 times and played 2 songs each time as Chris was planning a USA visit which he has now postponed. Your on the scene reporter, Cuya Gordy...hee hee

yup, just jamming for a couple of songs with the band as we've only started rehearsing that week for another band theyre planning to form w/ sir wally, ofcourse chris is still playing for the original lineup. cheers

here is some background of Mar Dizon's Supporting cast during the first leg mapex fest 2007

Bea Lao- plays for the band dilaw, she is the former product specialist of Pearl Drums/Sabian cymbals and Vic Firth Sticks. among her drum teachers are Senyor Jun Regalado and Senyor Mar Dizon. A former assistant of a guy named jpmb

Paul Magat- one of the survivor of pinoy metal drumming, Paul has been around during the 90's and one of the founding members of the band Kabaong ni Kamatayan.

Loubert Vidal- his band Eternal Now is considered one of the pioneers of the local prog rock scene., loubert is a former teacher of yamaha school, loubert and eternal now is currently recording their much awaited debut album..

again thanks to bea, paul and loubert for being a part of our mapex team.

Mapex is dedicated to feature the drummers of tommorow. we believe on our local talents and sharing drum education is very important to us.

we will update you soon who will be Mar Dizon's new army for the second leg of Mapex Drumfest....cheers guys
