Yeah I know. But maybe there's a solution. A fellow Tool fan suggested that I check-out Guitar Rig, meron daw dun mga pre-sets na kayang i-emulate ang sound ng sound ni Mr. Jones (well, not exactly pero ok na din). Kaya I'm to figure out how to use it. I already installed it on my laptop.

On the lighter side naman I saw a link sa Multiply na merong mga tribute sa Tool and I'm downloading them as I type here, if you wanna check it out, here's the link:

http://taztarugo.multiply.com/journal/item/2260/Tool_-_Discography_bonus_more_albums_added

Eto sila:

Lahat ng albums ng Tool: Demo (1990), Opium Den (1991), Opiate (1992), Undertow (1993), Aenima (1996), Salival (2000), Lateralus (2001), 10,000 days (2006)

Plus:

String tribute to Tool
Anotomica: String Quartet Tribute to Tool (2004)
String Quartets Tribute to Tool (2006)
Rock-a-bye Baby!: Lullaby Renditions of Tool

Download na, may rapidshare links jan.

Ayos to bro ah! Thanks!
Regarding the emulation of Adam's sound, you might wanna try Mesa rectifier amp models found in multi-effects pedals or other amp modelers. They sound close to Diezel's, I'm using one & I'm pretty happy w/ it.

Which amp modelers and multi-effects to be specific?

The Mesa/Boogie Rectifier amp modeler. For the unit, dami rin multi-effects that have Mesa's emulation e. But I like Digitech's version of it.

adam jones, groundbreaking ka.  :-)

ang galing nilang lahat. lalo na si mr. drummer, danny carey.  :-D

sarap tugtugin sa gitara mga kanta nila, kahit di ganun technically challenging, your listening skills will be challenged talaga. hehehe.  :-D

Hmm.. that I don't agree. Their technicality made them a notch above other heavy / metal bands.
