I've got a plank of lightweight swamp ash wood in my garage that I intend to use as a body for my unused Fender neck. I've noticed that those who are having their guitars chambered are seeking for a lighter body but what about the tone? Is there any difference between a chambered and a non-chambered solid body? I'll probably have this done by Elegee.
