anyway, yeah tinuro niya yung sayo sakin.. yun yung blue na super strat (if i remember correctly) diba?

yup twice na ko nagpagawa sa kanya. very trustworthy person and pulido magtrabaho.

di ko pinapagalaw sa kung kani-kanino lang yung mga prestige ko but take note twice na ko nagpagawa sa kanya hehe

as promised, here's an update... done with phase 1 of my guitar restoration project, done by none other than the man being talked about on this thread...

had him install XS 62N's on neck and mid then Dark Star on bridge (di naman ako mahilig sa Entwistle niyan eh no?

)
then had him add a switch for coil split for versatility...

next up, refret (once his order of fret wires arrive) then repaint (he's suggesting a goldtop but i don't think it would fit my genre of music

)

he's easy to talk to, very accommodating... ask and he will answer... obviously he knows alot about the instrument... i call him the best in the east (the east of manila, lol!)

Just got my strat. the neck feels like a fender i tried in a music store. buti nalang dinala ko kay kuya rey. now i don't have to get a new neck. may libre pang mala-teleseryeng kwento. haha. support kuya rey for all guitar maintenance/repair/mod needs!

sakay ka cubao lrt line 2 hanggang santolan station. sakay ka ng jeep or fx na may signage na antipolo, tikling-junction, taytay or angono. dadaan yun sa marcos highway-kakanan ng imelda avenue (sta. lucia east grand mall) direcho hanggang junction - kakaliwa ng origas avenue extension. yung landmark is may parang commercial center building sa kaliwa at makikita mo BROOKSIDE subdivision (mga 500m siguro from junction). may pila ng pedicab dun sa entrance ng gate. ask the pedicab operators

kung mrt direct naman, baba ka ng ortigas station. sakay ka ng jeep or bus or fx sa oritgas avenue. same signage as the ones above. malaman mo naman pag junction ka na e lalagpas ka ng ever ortigas at robinsons cainta

galing ako kanina, brought my 2 electrics for repair, parehong refret and ung isa may semi restore pa...very reasonable ang price..what's good about mang rey e sinasabi nya kung san ka mas makakatipid, di tulad ng iba na kung san sila mas kikita ng malaki. told me it will take 2-3 weeks to have them done since andaming nakapila.

sobrang bait kausap and very accomodating
