yes, and im also saying that in my opinion, metalcore is not metal.

other people also think of metalcore to be false as well.

in the same way that nu-metal is not a real genre of metal, except that of course metalcore is better than nu-metal.

I respect your opinion.
But for me I consider Trivium metal or at least under the umbrella of metal genre and also Trivium for me is not metalcore or to be called nu-metal.

Me too. siguro sumikat sila sa era na uso ang nu-metal, but I dig their music. Also, this topic about their concert not about their music. If you don't like them don't watch.

I respect your opinion if you don't like them, but try exploring other music than what you're listening to. Di lang metal ang music sa mundo.

we all appreciate heavy music, dapat suportahan na lang natin...the more acts that come here, most likely, if word of mouth spreads among the big bands who visit us, more artists, the ones we might like, some we might not like, could come over. who knows? baka maisip ni ozzy mag ozzfest dito or slayer might bring over the unholy alliance here

I LOATHE Trvium too. hahaha But it's better than nothing. At least we're getting a bleep on the metal radar. And those dudes can outplay me anytime. So I cant bash LOL! Ill just bash their tight pants and the way they suddenly became thrash metal overnight when they get here. That means Ill be watching.

And yep, I think (ew am I saying this?) Trivium is metal too. This coming from a metalcore hater too.

Hehe we share the same view on Trivium that .. well they belong to Metal. At the same time I don't really like them that much. And I will surely watch them if the show will really push through. Ironic ey!!! But I think where not the same with the
metalcore thing "if" Kill Switch Engage falls in that category. Because KSE is one of my fav bands. Kill Switch Engage started way before that name was invented, but in my opinion now I kinda fielded them in that category. Opinion ko lang ha heheh
