if Cueshe or Six Cycle Mind asked me to play guitar, I would say yes.

Isang gig pa lang nila, sweldo na ng isang tao for a month. Kung out of town, nasa Php 150k range na talent fee nila. Imagine that amount of money to play just 10 songs. free beers. free everything. you get to score a lot of chicks pa. hahahaha

And besides they still make good music, tainted lang kasi yung tenga natin because everyone else says they suck doesnt mean that you will think it sucks.

Lahat tayo musikero, and as musicians we should respect fellow musicians. In one way or another we all have our influences all over our originals. So its unfair to label them na rip-offs of foreign bands because that would be hypocritical na, since we also assimilate our influences into our playing.

as a musician. dapat naiisip natin ung kapwa musikero natin hindi ung sarili lang natin..
katulad sa gig.. alam nyo ba ung tugtug alis?.. pag katugtug aalis na or lalabas ng bar.. charity starts at home dapat ganun din tayo as a co musicians at listeners.. maliit lang ang pilipinas para icompare natin sa europe , america atbp.. mas malaki ang break dun kc mas malaking bansa yun compare satin.. maliit ang chances nun gusto natin sa music.. kung di din lang mainstream yan eh hindi bibilin ng masses yan or ung big market... kaya thats why we should understand bakit ganun nalang ang music scene natin.. tsaka wag natin icompare ung lifestyle ng foreigner at dito sa pinas.. masarap pang maging baduy kesa nanggaya ka lang para ma in.. ung mga feeling nila eh magaling sila,pumunta kayo sa ibang bansa baka dun mapansin kayo. malamang hindi din dahil idedescriminate kayo dun..buti pa ang chinese music may sariling identity.. hehehe mahalin natin ang musikang pinoy.. tayo tayo nalang magaasaran pa

You mean like how some bands exploit the iconic power of being "indie" and being "underground" to gain street cred? And then when someone else gets signed, they scream "sellout!" but would dearly love to have been the one signed? And in doing so build up a base of people who like them, and then this base will swing them to fame and money anyway, and then poof, no more the underground kids, because the band "sold out anyway!"

bwahahahhaha. you're doing exactly the same thing that mainstream people do to the "underground and the indie". That's why nothing ever really gets better in this country. hahahaha!

Kung iisipin. Tama nga siya. So just do the wise thing and ignore them because in one way or another (kahit hindi through musical skills), they have something that some of us don't have. Besides, adding your hate makes detrimental effects on your well being.

Other bands probably hate them because of frustration. These pogibands are probably way out of the league of hater bands technique and art wise, but it doesn't matter because these pogi bands get all the money, the chicks to bang, the beers to gulp, the Gibsons in your dreams, and the fame to flaunt. And oh, we can't deny the fact that they look good too.
