ayan ba yung mga tracks sa satchafunkilus and the musterion of rock?

medyo dissenting opinion kay steve vai.

He surely is a great guitarist. I like "For the Love of God" and "Tender Surrender" so much and the way he structure his songs is superb.

here are some of my favorites:

tender surrender

for the love of god

i love listening to his music, sobrang lawak kasi ng scope. pero andun pa rin yung signature na tunog niya. :-D

yup, i think dahil sa yun nga yung signature na tunog niya. di naman ata tutugtog si vai ng "tender surrender" saka "bad horsie" then sabay banat ng jazz pagkatapos. hehe.
oo nga, pwede ibahin ng artist ang tugtog niya. pero it's a choice that he/she would make. for master vai, he likes to stick to his own style. that's how i understand him and his music.

steve vai will always sound like steve vai. hindi naman nya pwedeng gayahin ang style ni ej for the sake na maiba nama ang ginagawa nya. and if you will really listen to him, napakalawak ng musicality nya. listening to vai from album to another, lagi namang may bago  syang ginagawa. compare alien love and firegarden. i really loved the firegarden suite. bangis!!
