Di ko maalala kung may nakita ako excel, pero sa pic parang wala. Buksan ko ulet pg magpalit ako string nxt time.

sa ibabaw kung saan nakalagay yung wire o cord ng pickups, dun naka engrave yung EXCEL sa bawat isang pickups.

Hindi matsumoku gawa yung gitara ko. Ang alam ko magkaiba ang pickups na may engraved EXCEL kaysa sa wala. I believe mas high-end o better quality yung EXCEL pickups. I've searched it through bing.com high-end pickups ng SE models ang may EXCEL sa bawat isang pickups at sa tingin ko totoo naman kasi lahat ng gumamit ng gitara ko gustong gusto nila yung tonog kahit si sir max rufo, sabi nya wag ko daw ibenta yung gitara ko maganda daw yun. Kahit yung pinsan ko na may Fender MIJ nagsabi na mas maganda yung tunog nung Greco ko kaysa sa Fender MIJ nya. No wonder kaya nagkaroon ng Fender Japan dahil sa galing ang ganda ng Greco SE Models.

Siguro before 1976 di pa nagagawa o nadiscover ng mga japanese kung pano gawin ang pickups na high end kaya nung nagawa na nila yun nilagyan nila ng EXCEL engraved to distinguish or to have a mark na high-end iyon, parang proof. Magaganda din naman siguro ang walang EXCEL sa SE models kaya lang syempre highly regarded talaga ang EXCEL.

Do you guys have information on these Greco LPs? Not familiar with the headstock and the logo/emblem. Are these new ones? By Zemaitis perhaps.

Reverse truss rod? So bolt on to malamang... Japan made pa kaya to? baka parang Tokai na may mga made in china na...

According to the specs these are set necks with graphtech nubone nuts, so I think they're new . And I was able to decipher Made in Japan through the Japanese text.  :wink:

Truss rod is still a mystery though.  :-(

Look closely on the neck pickup. That's where the truss rod can be adjusted. Ala Washburn N series siguro.

  Nut pick-up machine was equipped with two (Classic Screamin 'Covered) was developed by Greco Original humbucker newly adopted Endor neck can easily just Nubone of GraphTech, neck adjustment.

haha I thought about it. And about a wood pickguard/TRC combo too but I think the mirror pickguard is a bit too flashy/fancy for my taste
