for some reason zoom pedals are noisy when used with BOSS pedals. im not good with techinical stuff but Im sure mga Sirs dito can do the explaination.

generally
basta kung 9 volts yung naka sulat sa adaptor, and 9 volts din yung pedal at tama yung polarity at pag plug mo gumana, okay yan.

This is a forum siggy.

It depends on which zoom adaptor you are using. I know that the ones for the g2s and g1s, 500s, 600s, and gfx 1 to 5 use 9 volts DC and around 300 mA. They have the same polarity rate as the Boss pedals.

Yung mga g7 to g9 mga 12-15 volts.

If it's noisy, :) it wasn't made for the Boss peds in the first place. :)

This is strange. I've been using a ds-1 and an os-2 with my g2.1u. It doesn't seem noisy to me. :) May konting ground hum nga pag naka on yung analogs pero sakin super konti lang. If ever it's too noisy, the noise gate from the mfx can quiet it down. :)

Zoom products do give out digital noise, but only when you tweak the pedals. Other than that, it seems pretty bearable to me. :) Hehe.

Zoom 9v adaptor plus BOSS pedals will always emit hum. :D

I asked this similar question before dito sa Philmusic. The solution is to get a regulated power supply.

Backread mo Sir or search the forum on how to fix noise.  8-) 8-)

madami kasing dahilan yung hum....like :

single coil gamit mong pickups

yung cable are not shielded type

power supply are not regulated sabi nga nung iba yung zoom adaptor
