yes, more kasi ang up oval ay 2.2km.i do 5 rounds, so about 11km, plus i run all the way from my house in up bliss philcoa which is another km i think.thats daily.kasi kaya e, but the thing is ewan ko, bumigay tuhod ko.it wasnt acl though sabi ng brod ko na doc, but it definitely got me thinking na dapat alternate at dapat may isa pa ako form ng exercise.in comes swimming, which, although i know the basics, id have to master para makuha ko yung same cardio im getting from running.yup baka bike na din para triathlete.pero swim muna.good thing we started a swimming school as a business.
bro, pwede mo gawing yung ibang days na 10k running, do 30mins or 5k tempo runs instead.
and about sa injury mo, posible na lumabas yan dahil sa kulang sa rest. remember na mas mabilis magcope ang lungs natin kesa sa muscles during training. kaya mapapansin nyo sa training, kaya pa ng baga nyo pero hirap na yung knees at legs.
try mo na instead na 10k araw araw,
monday 5k + strength
tuesday 30-45mintempo run
wednesday 5k +strength
thursday 30-45min hills (i suggest punta ka sa heartbreak hill sa up then do hill repeats instead, i think luna yung name ng street. hehe)
friday restday
saturday 5k run (relaxed pace)
sunday 1:30 to 2:00 hours or slow run or what we call "long slow distance" (lsd)
siguro in 3-5months time you'd be joining 16k to 21k
