3 weeks plang ako nag ggym..
plano ko lang magka laman.. from 53kgs last dec now I'm at 60-61kgs
More protein and kain lang ng tama sa oras.. no carbs 3 hours before bedtime.. gatas every morning and before bedtime..
kaso.. kinakabag ako.. sabi nila dahil daw sa protein..
and lumalaki chan ko..
dont wanna sound smart or expert here
pero sabi nung nutritionist and internal med ko ( i need them kasi nag me-maintenance nako)
balanced diet ang malayo sa risk ng kahit na ano mang complication
yung mga programn na HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB DIET usually may kakambal na side effects
even yung mga Mr.Philippines na napanood ko dati , ang diet nila e kung high carb dapat high protein din ang ka pair
what i have witnessed in the gym --->
diet 1. plain spaghetti noodles + hard boiled eggs
diet 2. plain spaghetti noodles + broccoli in white sauce
diet 3. white bread + daing na bangus
diet 4. unsalted mixed veggies + kwekkwek + white bread
etcetera hehehe low fat lahat yan.
ang point ko lang, pag di balanced diet yan usually ang may effect na constipation, gastritis, dispepsia, migraine, vertigo, indigestion etc.
once in awhile siguro pwede mag boost ng protein kung target mo mag BULK UP but not regularly.
