ako ginagawa ko naman..

brisk walk daily for 30mins..
banana diet sa umaga..
1 cup rice sa tanghali..
1/2 cup sa gabi..
more on vegies and fruits
less sa meat, salt at fried..
2lbs a week nawawala sakin hehe..  :-D

1.) dont drink soda or anything with sugar
2.) dont eat fastfood. cook your own meals and hold the oil and fatty stuff as much as possible.
3.) exercise at least 30 mins a day i.e. jogging, brisk walking, using the stairs, etc.
4.) eat a lot of non-fattening food... trust me, if you starve yourself you would end up with food you shouldnt eat.
5.) DO NOT DIET. diet schmiet... those things will last for only 6 months and you'll be a fat-a$$ again.

its really easy but gaddamnit ... so hard to follow!
