Pare did you know situps in the morning can be bad for you? Some studies show daw that doing core exercises that cause your spine to flex can be detrimental within the first 2 hours after you wake up. Apparently your discs are still filled with fluid (which is why you're taller in the morning than at night  :-D) in those first 2 hours. So doing situps in the first 2 hours of waking up can actually be bad for your back. Men's health recommends planks and other non-flexing exercises within that time frame  :-P

Buti na lang di ko na ginagawa ito  :-D

Lost 35lbs pala in three months  :-) walang diuretic or any special slimming drug kasi bawal sa tiyan ko. Siguro with hydroxycut baka naka 50lbs ako na bawas  :-)

Technique ko lang one cup (or less) rice a day. Sa umaga at gabi bread na lang. Merienda ko tuna lang. By the way weekdays apat na can ng century tuna kinakain ko pag nasa dorm (yung 180g). Syempre kasabay nun gym. Bago mag gym yung rice ko, before afternoon class ko tapos derecho na gym. Di ako nagko-control sa tubig..

Before(2months ago) I was 120 kilos
Now I'm 106 kilos

Here's my diet program

No soft drinks
No meats
No chocolates
No junk foods

Breakfast:
Oat meal + fruits

Lunch:
Fish + gulay + 1 cup red rice

Dinner:
Tuna sandwich(tuna, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and wheat bread)

Snacks:   
Fruits lang

every week I have a cheat meal where I can eat what I want :-D

I lost 12lbs in 1 month..
hindi ako nag eexercise.. kahit gym aside from weekly basketball games with officemates, as in sedentary lifestyle
sa office at sa bahay.. (tamad na ako mag work out eh)

here's my regimen:

no beef
no pork
no chicken
no cheese
no rice
no potatoes

less sugar
less salt
less junkfoods
less softdrinks

ito ang mga kinakain ko in the last 1 month and 1 week:

vegetable salad (lettuce and tomatoes)
century tuna
skyflakes
tomato and spanish sardines
grilled fish (not fried)
iced tea (less sugar)
water water and water

pag sa office naman:

wheat bread
kape kape at kape lang

believe me mga tsong anghirap.. nakakagutom talaga pag walang carb pero kailangan ng focus at sakripisyo kung gusto nyong magbawas ng timbang..

212lbs ako the last week of october.. by end of that month 200lbs nalang ako, ill be expecting to reach 190lbs by january 2010.. target ko is 170lbs (timbang ko nung college days ko) by end of february or earlier..

ako pumayat lang nung nagkasakit ako ng 1 week nung college. And im hoping maulit yun then ime-maintain ko na lang (pwede na yun? Hehe).

Well, I've tried so many diets but none of them worked. I was told na baka mabagal ang metabolism ko kaya hindi talaga ako mabawasan ng timbang, nadagdagan pa! I haven't tried dietary supplements yet.

Still, my new years resolutions is to lose weight habang wala pa work.

Girl: Huh?! Bakit naman?  Boy: Hindi kasi kita magawang paglaruan eh...  Eeeww... Cheezy... Hehe...

ako bawas kanin. yun lang.. tapos combo with around 2-3hrs of jogging at leasy 2-3 times a week. pumayat naman.

ako rin parang im gaining napaka tamad ko namang mag-gym.... 4 years ata ako ng gym then i stopped dahil sobrang busy na sa work.

i dont take rice the problem is, for me/us (women) bawal daw ang masyadong yeast...i'll try brown rice nextime kahit magaspang sa lalamunan

Best talaga kamote carbo din sya pero ang difference nya sa rice is the water content kumbaga dry carbo anf kamote and kung kaya mo kumain every 2hrs best yun pero sobrang konti konti lang as in konti lang  like 2-3 spoon lang or wheat bread lang 1-2 loft lang .....

dipende sa bone structure talaga or may hypo thyroid problem ka kung babae ka?

(yes girl ako) ewan ko ba..bsta after one meal, you can see a difference na. like before, i didnt eat for 3 days (different issue) after one meal, aun ulit. back to normal

so you mean tumataba ka continuous?
baka naman sobrang bilis lang ng metabolism mo....
check your doctor or try mo din monitor weight mo di ko din masabi kase all i know
are some diet and work-out program....
