bakit wala kang leg workout sa program drumming bro?
grabe yun legs...
para sa akin, yun ang pinakamahirap i work out.
but I do try to work it out 2x a week since I got back from a 5 month rest.
day 1 - chest/biceps
day 2 - legs
day 4 - shoulders/triceps
day 5 - legs/back
hehehe, meron akong leg workout bro, day 2. =) para sa kin, medyo mahirap din talaga pag legs, dahil kinabukasan after ng workout mo, parang hindi ka makatayo ng maayos, pero ok lang, nadevelop ko na yung leg strength na gusto ko. btw, parang mahirap pagsabayin yung back at legs, kasi parehas major muscle group yun di ba?
tanong ko lang, bakit wala atang me gustong gumawa ng core training. abs is only part of your core. dyan nagre-rely ang balance nyo. tsaka wala ring me gusto mag-work out ng obliques, hehe. tsaka glutes and flyes, wala din.
i forgot to mention, i do ab exercises every workout day, so my workout is as follows:
day 1 - chest / triceps / abs
day 2 - legs / biceps / abs
day 3 - back / shoulders / abs
about glutes, kasabay ng leg day ko yun and flyes naman sa chest day.
