has anyone seen those Single Humbucker, Single Volume knob models of Greg Bennett?

i like the knob but are they any good? anyone tried them?

Nakita niyo na ba yung GB na mukhang avion pero may pickguard ng Tele? i saw one sa Lazer, Festival mall Alabang.. it's color blue na may white tele pickgurad..

I saw one but never tried. ganda ng finish ng body. instead, i test the av3 and Rl3. i love the sounds. You cant compromise the tone for its price. Nice sustain, overall craftsmanship. absolutely superb.  would somebody help me how to choose between Rl2 and peavy jf1ex?

no problem here man.... GREGIES are good..... kung sakin.... pick-up  lang siguro ang papalitan... i own a TR4.... and im quite satisfied na naman but i want to explore more.... siguro its reasonable naman na, na magpalit ng PU.... to put its quality on a real test... i used it with a JCM800... so nice and the sustain just keeps on going.... overall +1 never regret a 13K GB....

yup, its an AVION series.... merong white niyan dati..... tried it before, ok ang tone niya... the problem lang is yung DESIGN.... hahahahaha.... i checked it and its all GREG BENNETT.... its legit mates..... just not feeling good with the looks......

about the ibanez thing... its a GIO i think... all made in CHINA.... saw EPIPHONE acoustic guitars too.... all made in CHINA.....

sir chino, fake yung mga squier nila. check the SQUIER logo at the back. its not stamped, parang decal lang. also check out the pick ups, ang panget ng pagkakagawa ng label, hindi pulido.

yes.. parang PRS.. pero still didn't get the body contours right.. but i like how the neck joint is constructed.. very smooth at mukhang madali gamitin kahit sa dulong frets..

the neck joint seriously reminded me of some ibanez set-neck guitars.. yung mga aggressive LP shaped guitars nila na higher end models pati yung AR ba yun?.. lol.. not much familiar sa models nila, too lazy to look it up din.. pero anyway, my point is, the neck joint feels really good.. dunno lang sa quality kung ok yung ganun.. but anyway, if PRS applied that kahit sa SE, it would be an ibanez killer.. lol..

oh.. you were referring to the neck plate.. sorry man, i thought you meant the back of the headstock.. i'm so sorry for the confusion..

hmm.. checked my bro's tele, the Squier logo is engraved on the neck plate, not a decal.. i get now what you mean.. hmm.. so there is a probability that they're fakes..

yup! its the blue one with a white pick guard.... with a nice pick up on the neck position.... very ingenious i think.... cause after i tried it... it made me wanna think twice.... sa sound ng pick-up.... very acoustic vibe.... linis.... then dark tones naman sa bridge... although yung design kakaiba... maganda pa din....

tried ROYALE and LA saLLE fixed bridge last time.... a bit dissapointing..... but the tone here is richer

most GBs that we have are made in Indonesia... same factory as the Ibbys and Squiers, I believe...

I used to have one of the first GB FB-1 sold at Lazer SM North Edsa... I liked the short scale as well as the feel... pups have to be changed as well as the nut and bridge... loved the burst quilted maple top body... as well as the maple fretboard...

with my old (and now gone) minimal setup...


being used by abstract during the first blues night...






and I said goodbye to her several months after I bought her... why? I had 5 guitars to take care of then... I wanted to keep the higher end ones... lol...
