...plus the pigs and chicken here are mutated....super size. ...and theres no such thing as fresh fish here....all are [strawberry] filleted or super frozen as in rock solid .....we,pinoys... want to buy fresh fish with all the parts still in tact.....these white people, they get grosed out to the max when they see any food still with heads attached (and I don't mean vegetables). :wink:

hey Phil, don't despair? di ba ang liempo is just a part of the pig?  can't you go to your butcher and ask for that part (belly parta ata), marinate it (i can email you recipes), and bbq it yourself at home?!?

meron ditong bagong uso na pumapalit na sa Andok's, yung Grill Queen. they've got bbq, liempo, squid, fish, tokwa, chicken, etc...  oh, wipe your mouth, hijo... :-)
