May napanuod akong Lesson sa DVD, ang sabi dun:
"If you feel the pain, STOP, RELAX, and have a BREAK. After 15-20mins you can practice again, don't force your muscles to do the job that you can't anymore."
Ayun, so yung "naipitan ng ugat" na sinasabi mo, wag mong pipilitin pag hindi na kaya ng muscles mo, baka maging cause pa yan ng pagtigil mo sa pagddrums.
