lahat naman ng known luthiers/builder/tech dito saatin eh magaling mag set up.. depende na lang yon kung paano mo i relay sakanila yung gusto mo mangyari na set up sa axe mo . syempre! depende rin yun sa condition ng gear mo.

Just want to commend Sir Mike and his team once again! Nagpa-install ako ng end pin jack sa Alvarez acoustic for a LR Baggs soundhole pickup. Had to drill a hole, obviously. Pulido talaga. For reference, P500 bucks yung cost niya.

My long overdue Micsis Custom is finally in full swing! Unfortunately the color choice I had in mind for this guitar won't work well with the natural hue of the red pine I chose, so alternatively, we decided to have the body's top covered with a solid color that I like.

so the highlight here would be the backside of the body which has less "character" and more "streamlined" grain patterns. So, to show-off the grain, the back will be finished with a light honey-ish tint that will be matched to the backside of the neck. The top will be outlined with cream colored binding to make the separation more pronounced since I've decided to go for a sonic blue finish for the top (front).
Hopefully this will be finished before the year ends.
