personally, AESTHETICALLY speaking, ayoko ng strat  :-D ang laki ng headstock parang pang matanda, 3 single coil w/ i dislike, 21 frets w/ also i dislike, and not floating bridge w/ i dislike as well  :-D

lahat ata ng ayoko sa guitar design nasa strat. pero tone-wise speaking hands down ako. but i'm not after the tone.

i prefer single cutaway body, H-H pickup configuration, 24 frets, reverse headstock, at floating bridge (floyd rose or ibanez edge).

Actually kahit yung Stagemaster pwede na rin..




Mahirap lang makahanap ng single cutaway na stratocaster.. hehe.. hindi na kasi siya strat pag ganun..

kanya kanyang taste lang. marami akong pwedeng sabihin tungkol sa lp kung bakit ampangit ng gitara na yun.  :evil: pero i wont kasi i we're all guitarists. kakaibang species tayo, we should protect one another.  :-D

korek po. marahil nagsawa lang kasi ako sa double cutaway guitars at conventional headstocks. e wala naman akong pera pang customize kaya hanggang ngawa na lang ako  :-D

don't get me wrong mahilig din ako sa lp, kaya kong mag appreciate ng iba't ibang gitara,
kung hindi ko man magustuhan aesthetically, pwede kong tingnan sa ibang way:
feel, sound, profile ng neck, hardwares... pero kung maski isa eh wala talaga.... hate ko talaga yun nyahahaha  :evil:

hmm.. as they say, growing old [matanda] is mandatory, growing up [matured] is optional  :-D

iba ata ang matanda sa matured. merong matanda na di dumaan sa maturity, and vice versa  :-D < i'm referring to guitar design, by the way. but it can also apply to life, i think.  :-D
