akala ko kasi ganun talaga ee.. ung tipong sabay sabay na.. hehehe.. pasensya naman.. hehehe.. akala ko lng talaga na sabay na lahat... pag tapos ng upper ok na ba if umpisahan na sa mid section?

oo sabay naman siya actually..may nabawasan na dyan..eh talagang may bulk mga tyan natin..unless mag200 crunches ka a day at super intense training..para ripped ang dating..pero I think be thankul for now at nabawasan ka na and youre making a difference to better yourself..
patience and steady pace lang..

bawas pa ng fat layers..

spot checking or just focusing on a certain body part wont make it bro. di lalabas ang abs mo and just crunches and situps? I dont do those anymore for these reasons:

1. I am still around 15% body fat. kahit anong gawin mo na situp/crunches di lalabas ang abs mo. impossible, even a thousand situps a day wont hit it.
2. full body exercises always, ang pagtanggal ng fats sa katawan ay di naman isolated. pag nag workout ka ng isang oras distributed ang tanggal ng fats di lang sa iisang part ng katawan.
3. you will just be frustrated doing crunches situps.

here is what i think the formula would be kung mag ka cut ako ng todo:

1. go down to at least 10% body fat
2. cardio plus weight training everyday.
3. diet.

there is a huge difference between exercising and training, maintenance ang tawag dun kaso you can t possibly do that on a long period and sustain it. i would suggest that you vary your workouts, you explore weight training, and you stick to a suatainable diet plan.

i agree with this, we can lose weight a lot faster  by compound body movement exercises and low calorie diet..
pero beneficial rin naman ang mga isolation movement like crunches pag nagpapayat..
it will build a strong core, ska pag pumayat rin kita mo yun result, with the abs na natrained..
but i don't think it will burn fats in the belly pag nag target ka ng isolation sa abs,
losing weight means burning every fats in your body, minsan nga pati ung malaking mukha pumapayat kaya halatang pumayat,
even some muscles gained are lost, nabuburn rin ang muscle lalo na pag sobrang intense ang training,,
saka sabi ang pinaka mahirap daw iburn sa katawan is the fats in the belly..
kaya meron kahit mukhang payat na pero medyo malaki pa belly,

hirap masyado itarget ung 10% body fat, hindi kaya ng sched ko..
pero kaya naman intense training, saka maintained diet need dyan..
lumiit lang tyan  saka mabawasan na weight ok na para sakin, saka na ung 6 pack na yan   :lol:
15 to 20 % pwede na para sakin  :)

do some wods from a  crossfit site.

impossible ngaun december ang mag cut down(unless gusto mo talaga).

im on maintenance mode. one hour a day of intense weight training on compound movements. do some squats, deadlifts, snatches. di na uso ngaun pa crunch crunch o situp ng situp.

once you get down to the 10% thats when situps/crunches will be relevant. pero mas okay pa nga planks e.

eto clincher ko dyan, do some sprint squats plank routine.

200m sprint, 50 squats, 1 minute plank. do that 8x in less than 15minutes and you got a full body workout with core training thrown in.

after the first 4 sets hingal ka na dyan. pwede mo naman gawin yan in 30 minutes. i find it hard to get my sweat on pag mabagal.

depends how hard you push it. bakit yung mga tabata exerices? tsaka yung crossfit programs na timed. di naman kailangan mag spend ng hours sa gym. its how hard you do it followede by a great diet program.

from reading, iba ang program for strength and aesthetics.

kailangan may goal ka in mind, from there you can choose a program.

the only concern will be the safety of those who will engaged in training crossfit regimen, especially beginners

and not genes whether he/she can perform athletic task..
just take caution when doing exercises and perform proper form saka good diet rin to support the body..

heck kahit ano naman physical exercise or activity may risk na involved,
today my lower back is still hurting after lifting heavy, doing deadlifts and over head press last week,
parang ayoko na tuloy magdeadlift, or hindi na ko mag heavy pag deadlift  <_<
focus muna siguro ako on upper body and do cardio na lang siguro for legs..

last summer i think i may have lifted too much na akala ko sumabit yung likod ko sa deadlift. luckily when i had it checked out, wala naman pala tama. pero naalarma ako so im lifting cautiously now and with proper form.

dami ko na injuries from running and lifting.

sa running syempre sa knees and ankles.

i used to run 12k a day akaya ako pumayat ng todo, thats everyday ha. nung mainjure ako sa kakatakbo, i started lifting.

sa lifting naman, yung lower back near injury ko na natanggal after 2 weeks. scared me not because it hurts but because i may never lift or run again. be wary guys, pag spine na ang injury mejo mahirap na yun.

i also got a two inch deep gash on my shin(almost showing my bones) from box jumping in up diliman. di ko natantya after 100 reps, ayun mali bagsak ko.

my shoulders hurt from time to time from doing thrusters.

all in all, there will be risk involved so be safe. iba ang high ng gym and once you become a gym rat, you become a gym rat for life.

minsan pag basketball medyo nagiging sore knees ko, or minsan sa leg press, but I never have a  problem in the leg part,
sa lower back normally a day after I've done deadlifts I experienced Doms (Delayed onset muscle soreness) soreness sa lowerback
which is normal every after workout, last week lang iba ang dating ng lowerback ko halos hirap maglakad,
ngayon medyo ok na, stretching saka icing for 1 week pero my soreness pa pero hindi tulad last week,
so hindi muna ko mag lowerback, legs or even do shoulder press for a while
I've done some research dapat pala talaga cautious when doing some deadlifts and even squats..
