eto clincher ko dyan, do some sprint squats plank routine.
200m sprint, 50 squats, 1 minute plank. do that 8x in less than 15minutes and you got a full body workout with core training thrown in.
effective yan, that routine will surely burn a lot of fats..
the only concern will be the safety of those who will engaged in training crossfit regimen, especially beginners

today my lower back is still hurting after lifting heavy, doing deadlifts and over head press last week,
parang ayoko na tuloy magdeadlift, or hindi na ko mag heavy pag deadlift
focus muna siguro ako on upper body and do cardio na lang siguro for legs..
