Pero at the end of the day yung listener.

Not exactly impulse, eto Flux-drive + POD Farm. :-D

Eto guys question, pag acoustic guitar, ano ang prefer nyo? close or distant miking?

Ako prefer ko close miking, mga 6 inches away from the 12th fret right in front, or pag dreadnought, 6 inches away from the upper bout (dun ako sinwerte once). yung distant miking kasi ewan tunog mud lang, baka dahil sa room tsaka talagang di ganun kaganda yung overtones ng gitara.

Tried the Boss VE-20 for the first time.

Tapos $50 naman to upgrade ReValver 3 to full pack.

ano yung mga preset nyo sa Amplitube at Guitar Rig 5, yung amp setting lang? walang gain, may konti, or may sipa na talaga? flat or shaped EQ na, or sa EQ plugin ang timpla? pa share naman!  :)

Sa amplitube sir, pag gamit ko yung Wampler Plextortion ko for dirt, yung amp na ginagamit ko is mga clean amp dun, na di nababago yung gain. Pag naka DI ako, all in yung gain.

ano kaya solution dito? i would really like to use PC headsets 'coz they're inexpensive/easily replaceable. i have an xlr mic and stand+boom, pero kase hassle.

alternatively, magkano ba ang mga headworn microphones? (of course, dirt cheap ang hanap ko). may choice ba ako kung TS or xlr sa mga ganito? saan kaya makakabili ng mga ganito? chipips lang talaga hanap ko as in pang-promodizer sa supermarket lang, baka kase may magsuggest ng AKG eh, hehe.

Yung akin naman sir, Pag high gain, DI signal then amplitube pren tapos lalagyan ko ng overscreamer na pedal sa pedal section, tapos yung 5150 na head ata yun, yung "150W" naka lagay, gain at 5-7 then EQ nya relatively flat tas yung cabinet is yung 4x12 Orange Cab with SM57 tsaka yung e609 na mic, then tube compression sa rack section. tapos EQ tsaka saturation sa bus.

Superlux monitoring headphone sa egghead? Mga nasa 2k yata, still cheaper than akg. And good quality naman din to.

Tungkol dun sa a4tech ilan ang jack? Kadalasan dalawa diba?

I just imagine this kasi minsan gumagamit ako ng TRS na headphones pang check ng mix tapos gagamit ako ng  3.5mm female to 1/4" TS male tapos spotty yung left and right signals.

Bili na lang kayo ng headset na may individual plug para sa mic meron pa yatang ganun sa CDR King, or save some cash and use the mic you have.

thanks sa replies peeps.

got my answer din through googling, hehe. just learned that microphones for PC's are electret microphones (require power, pero unlike phantom power, below 12 volts lang). saw simple schematics on the net too and am contemplating to build me one.

Ngayon lang ulit

https://soundcloud.com/arkeetar/brain-curry

No vst for guitar,
1. guitar> pedalboard> amp mic-in to interface
2. bass guitar straight in to interface with amplitube (bass slapback preset)

amplitube parang multifx, sa sobrang dami nakakatamad mangalikot hehe
