if tipid mode ka bro, buy a carpet rag sa ace hardware. around 90php yun. gupitin/tastasin mo lang yun edge nya para mahati mo sa gitna.
you will have a carpet para sa top portion and rubber mat para sa ilalim.
bili ka ng washers and screws para mas matibay ang kapit sa bottom part.

  Dati ang ginamit kung pedal board ay sirang patungan ng CPU ng computer table.. Ito naman po ngayon.. "LCD TV wall holder" Last time akong nagpunta sa Ace hardware binili ko na, pero matagal ko na siyang nakikita dun na naka display, at mukhang pwedeng gawing pedal board na parang Pedaltrain.. Konting pa Machine shop lang para lumaki ang mga butas na paglulusutan ng patch cable pwede.. Heres the Pics..

Pwede mong pihitin ung nasa gilid para maiba ang Inclination ng pedal, dipende sa gusto mong taas...


Nasa iallalim din po yung PSU at patch cable and wiring ng power supply..

BTW, i bought a manual riveter from home depot.  it cost me around 500 pesos, i never thought that there's an available manual riveter in the market.  (it is being use for riveting, so i think it is called riveter,cmiiw.)

Mga sir ask ko lang po, what do you use to stick the velcro at the bottom of the pedals? May velcro kasi ako hook part, wonder ko lang ano pwedeng gamitin na glue to stick the velcro at the pedals. Di ko pa kasi nadidikit yung akin eh.

Yep it works. Here are the steps bro:
1. apply anample amount of rubber cement on both sides of the surface
2. let it dry
3. check by slightly touching a part of the surface, if the rugby is a bit sticky on both surface it's ready to go
4. stick it together
5. **VERY IMPORTANT*** let it dry! let it dry let it dry! THe longer the better

bro about your PM pala, if you can find a HDF board there ok din un. Ordinary ok din. 11mm would be sufficient na rin bro. Good luck on the build bro!

meron din doon nagbebenta ng foam. mura doon as in.
last 2 weeks doon ako bumili, nai-rush ko (and fortunately, accomplished) my DIY pedalboard para sa tugtugan sa school namin hehe ^_^

kuya, tama si carabao. dami laptap bags sa ukay-ukay and of good quality. although meron kami sa jb music ng surelock pedalboards,too. actually these are on sale and you can purchase it at 0% interest for three months. i suggest bili ka na lang kung tuluyan ka ng tinamad. secured naman ang units mo dito because its made of pvc material. some big time sound system rental companies have purchased their units from us.if you have any queries, you can text me at 09228171590

gumawa ako ng pedal board, rugby ung ginamit ko para dumikit ung carpet sa kahoy, pero ang problema masyado mabaho. nakaka-high. hehe. may paraan ba para mawala ung amoy ng rugby or kahit mabawasan manlang?
