Dude, ayus na ayus yan. Just keep workin' at it! Let me tell you, nung nagsisimula pa lang ako, I can barely do 2! Now I can do 10reps on my first set, no problem, thanks to negative reps. Forget the lat pulldown!

Kung chins, pa-buhat ka lang (workout partner or instructor) hanggang nasa "up" position ka ng movement. Then try mo labanan yung pagbaba mo sa "down" position. That's 1 negative rep. Tapos pa-buhat ka uli papunta sa taas.
Oo nga pala, pwede rin footstool. Talon ka na lang papunta sa "up", basta ang important ma-buildup mo yung negative reps (and consequently, lat strength) mo. Pas malakas ka na dun, pansinin mo.... mas marami na magagawa mo chin-ups. Pag hindi pa rin, palakas ka lang sa negatives.
