Mga sir advice naman po sa workout program for 6 days
eto program ko ngayo:
Mon - back,triceps
Tue - legs,biceps
Wed - chest ung wide
Thu - biceps
Fri - shoulder
Sat - chest close grip
almost 1month ko na ginagawa to at pyramid po,ilang weeks po ba kelangan bago magpalit ng program,?Everyday din cardio ko,at ab workout,
2hrs a day,6 days a week., thanks!
