IMO.. cardio is for your endurance... you will lose mass, but that mass are FATS.. not mass that are muscles.
you wont shed muscles if you run right? just those extra fats.
I don't think doing cardio slows down your training re gaining mass unless pinagod mo na sarili mo sa cardio pa lang, yun ang pipigil sayo na mag gain ng mass.
like what happende to me once... napagod ako sa cardio, then pagdating ko sa trainer ko, hirapa ako sa pinapagawa na at nahihilo pa ko. I guess running too much before your body sculpting are bad idea... but i still do it kasi kulang ako sa time. kaya hala sige sabay sabay na lang! haha
