Malakas talagang mang-BI tong si Slash...actually yung November rain ang unang-unang solo na natutunan ko eh,maganda kasi yung tunog nya mapamasa mapahigh-end pede sya pumasok,kasi hindi gaanong exotic yung tunog nya mei pagka-commercial.

libertad meanwhile was the best rock album

tho these are just poll votes from readers and may not necessarily be qualified critiques, this is something slash fans should be happy with

actually sya din dahilan kung bakit ako ngayon nagco-collect ng guitar world eh,nagstart ako nung dun sa unang unang article nya tas after kong mabasa nagsubscribe nako sa GW kaso palpak lang yung unang subscription ko kasi hindi nila nasama yung mga CD-ROM pero ngayon yata parang ok na,so nananawagan sa mga GW collectors kung meron kayong CD-ROM ng issues AUG, SEPT, OCT, NOV, DEC 07 and JAN 08 eh pakopya hehehe...

BTW meron kana nung march badtrip akin hindi pa dumadating eh,sino cover?...

hahaha! no wonder we like slash! halos pareho tau ng mga hilig! ive got the "appetite for destruction 15th yr anniversary" GW speacial!  tpos mga list ng all-time best riffs/solos/leads which of course, pasok ang "sweet child" at "november rain"!  at mga "best.." feature ng mga mags, like RS, GW, SPIN, BLENDER, etc.. syempre pasok lagi ang guns at syempre c slash!  wla lng sakin ung "20th yr appetite anniversary" feature ng RS last year!

reason why i picked up the guitar si slash, mahal ko na nga sya eh, hehehe..
kumpleto ako mga albums nya pati cassette at cd's ng "it's five o'clock somewhere" tsaka "life ain't grand", pati velvet revolver syempre naman..
pati "dangerous" album ni michael jackson meron ako kase may mga guitar parts din sya dun..
dami din pala mga adik kay slash kagaya ko..

just finished the slash bio and reckless road! (thanks richard!)

great insight from slash as a guitarist and as a person. nice pics and details on his life tho it kinda fast forwarded during the snakepit and blues ball era ( he did not elaborate on those periods kaya bitin)...i suggest if your buying the slash bio, go get the reckless road too(it has every pic from the gigs that led to the making of appetite )-thus, a perfect accompaniment to the other book. evry thing slash was talking about in the bio was releived in the reckless road...it has also great online features which you can acces thru enhancedbooks.com when you purchase the book.-its like youre in sunset blvd that way!

must have are the concert dvd's with kravitz and alice cooper-he even has an interview there...also, worth checkin put is his flamenco work with paco de lucia
