Ang mahal ata bro?2.8k bili ko sakin. Iba iba pala ang price.Next time dun ako bibilisa makati.
Effective to 1 week lang nag gain ako ng 3kg :wink: Kaylangan lang talaga mag workout para maganda ang muscle. Ang inom ko 3x a day. Mix ko sa skim milk.
Masama lang pag my lactose intolerance ka. Mas maganda kung before and after workout ang inom. At kain ng madaming saging at egg white. :-)

wait. eto. ang average calorie intake dapat ng 5'7'' na tao is 1,700 calories per day. yap per day. and 1cup of rice = 200 calories. pero kelangan balanced kinakain mo. fats, carbs, protein, etc. kc may equivalent calories din un. check nyo ung mga pagkain na may nutrition facts sa wrap. it will help.  :-D haha.

maintainance pa lang ata yan e, kung gusto mo mag gain dapat siguro mga 2k+ ang calorie intake mo sa isang araw.

i-maintain mo lang yung dami ng kinakain mo. once na bumaba na yung metabolism mo, lolobo ka na. bawasan mo rin yung mga activities mo: bawas laro kay manoy, bawas ng onti sa sports (pero wag itigil. healthy ang may sports activity pa rin).

54kg ako ng mag start mg workout. After 1 week 57kg na. 5x a day ang meal kasama na yung protein shake. Protein shake before and after mag workout. Hindi rin ako makapaniwala na ganon agad ang nagain ko so nag weigh ako ng di pa kumakain.  :-)

Kaso +fats yun! Kaya ngayun tigil ako sandali para mag research at maplano yung diet ko. Try ko yung creatine at gluthamine. Na subukan mo nyo n b yun? Ano magandang brand?

fats muna talaga ang gains pag megamass bro, normal lang yun, i'm taking creatine, pampasiksik yun, haven't tried glutamine though, i'm still researching about glutamines.

sa creatine, kunin mo yung micronized (powder), kesa capsules, yung iba hinahalo nila sa whey or sa megamass, ako kasi tinetake ko derecho, one teaspoon before i workout.

hindi ako tumaba...lumobo lang tyan ko..hahahaha...ay ewan...cguro psychological effect kasi badtrip ako dun sa megamass...dinaya ako sa presyo e...buti sana kung di ko kilala e kaibigan ko pa na pinagkatiwalaan...hay...

pagpapataba... hindi na magandang gawain to ngayon... pwera nalang kung underweight kayo... at hindi rin pagpapataba ang ginagawa pag under weight... PAGPAPABIGAT...

ngayon paano bumigat? marami ang magsasabi na kumain ng marami... mali ito... oo dagdagan mo ng kaunti yung kinakain mo... pero ang maganda talagang pampadagdag ng timbang ay weight training...

every other day na weight training coupled with daily aerobic training (jogging, dancing, walking, cycling etc)... yan... gaganda ang muscle tone mo diyan tapos medyo mag iincrease ang muscle mass mo...

now about naman sa muscles... ang muscles natin eh twice heavier than fat... so konting laki lang sa muscles mo eh maaabot mo na ang ideal body weight mo...

yung mga matataba na nag we-weights eh pumapayat pero kadalasan hindi gumagaan kasi nga nadadagdagan yung muscle mass nila...

di ako naniniwala sa meal substitute, mas ok pa rin ang full meal, ang meal substitute kasi parang tulong lang yun sa pagkain.

ewan ko lang yung capsule na meal substitute ng mga astronauts ha, hehehe.
