Haha funny, this thread went nowhere near the topic.
anyway...
Governance does not only involve the one who's called the President, it involves everyone including you and me. I assume sir Joric (having had his post graduate degree/s(?) from the National College of Public Administration and Governance of UP Diliman) stands not for just ousting GMA but for building a better interaction between the state (government), the private/business sector and civil society towards national development in a democratic-republic setting which is our nation. that, according to a sh!tload of readings, lectures etc. from our college, is Governance. *bow. ![smiley :-)](http://talk.philmusic.com/Smileys/default/pretty_smile.png)
anyway, according to my last visit to the college, there are probably 5 of us from the undergrad level who can probably contribute to this Guitars for Good Governance. ![lol ](http://talk.philmusic.com/Smileys/default/haha (2).png)
Hehe! You are right on both counts, re my Master's degree from NCPAG and about the definition of governance. Client ko ngayon DILG to craft a framework to promote local economic development and your definition espouses one of the basic guiding principles.
Jobet - Thanks for the intellectual stimulation and for volunteering. Speaking of of bastardized lyrics, I am looking forward to your bastos blues song also.
