I've been on a diet, kamote,itlog,baby potatoes diet to be exact. Baligtad kasi araw ko, sa gabi ako gising dahil sa work. So I start my day at 7pm by a cup of rice tsaka ulam (kung ano man luto ni misis sa bahay). Magbabaon ako ng 1 medium sized nilagang kamote at 2 hard boiled eggs tapos baby potatoes on alternate days. I usually consume those at 12mn-1am. A cup of coffee before I start working then a cup of hot milo a couple of hours before I head home. Pag-uwi sa bahay, 2-3 piece pandesal o Gardenia then a cup of hot milk. Been doing this for more than a month na and so far nawala yung mala beer belly ko. Kaso, hindi na ako nakakapagwork out sa gym kaya nawala yung firmness though may "kaha" pa rin ako.
Health benefits so far are no more aching knees tsaka masarap na matulog sa araw. I used to sleep for just 3 to 4 hours pero ngayon, minimum na ang 6 hours.
