medyo hirap iexplain e, bute nalang my officemate was kind enough to lend me his PSU which had one provision for 18v. swabeng swabe yun headroom sir, mas nadagdagan yung bigat and gain, overall medyo malayo yung tunog sa 9v na dirtybomb,

i used to have the direct drive... here is a video taken last may 2008... tagal na pala...

I wanna experience it. Mag series nalang ako ng 9V batteries.

anybody here using dirty bomb and shredhead together? Ok ba yung combination? I will be getting my dirty bomb kasi in 3 weeks, hindi ba overkill gusto ko sanang gamitin ang shredhead pangboost sa dirty bomb?

Agree. You have the SH for brit tones, and the DB for brit/mesa balls to the walls sound.

hmm... interesting re: 18v on the db... so pwede pla i-undergo directly to 18v like what the sh have?... parang hindi ko kasi nakita sa paper thingy ng db na it can run via 9v or 18v... or did you do some modifications?... this would be the sh*t!...

and i really hate that lil fizz thingy (na parang ambulance btw) on high gain...

hmm, i outta try it out..
maybe it has to do with the trimpots, from my point of view, it may shape the tone of the pedal if its plugged with an 18v.

@spetsnaz: drity bomb isn't overkill - swabeng swabe yan. well at least not overkill for me. it's really a stellar pedal and ang daming tunog na andun!

pero overkill pag pinagsama mo sh at dirty bomb... if clean boost ang function ng sh pwede pa siguro but i don't see the purpose in doing that...

best is have 2 pedal boards - one led by the db and the other by the shredhead.

I used @KASALANAN's Dirty Bomb last gig and it was W-O-A-H!!! I'd ran it on my PSU tho which is 9v but still, it nailed the tone and dirt I want!

I might dispose the latest dirt pedal I recently acquired for a Dirty Bomb if running it on 18v would nail the 'GAS ending dirt tone' I am looking.

I thought my dirt GAS is over for this year after I bought 'that' pedal.

Oh Dirty Bomb, your messing up my head.
