a lot of so called "experts" were pickin' on him ( a thread was made ). peeps say that his tone was "manipis" & his skills/technique were just limited to just the basic scales ( blues, pentatonic, etc )...
I "kinda" defended him ( I was producing events w/ Backbeat artists Like Parokya, Queso, Kamikazee, Moonstar 88 )...
one doesn't have to be a shreder just to prove that he is good. an example would be that axeman fm Rocksteady. I can't stand his solos.
