Since T-booster functions the same way as Steriods or DBOL, edi they have the same side effects din?? Shrinkage ng balls?? Ganun pala yun hehe..

Sa ngayon kasi isa isa lang take ko nung DBOL kaya di ko pa nararamdaman yung benefit sa strength.. Parang ganun pa rin pero this week gagawin ko nang 2 tabs a day.

yup. hanapin mo sa yung documentary na "Bigger Stronger Faster". tungkol yun sa steroid usage. panoorin mo lang and be informed. pero wag mo sanang abusuhin yung paggamit. if youre desperate, meron din sila sa Fitness Buff na injectables but i wouldnt recommend it. and i beg you to stay away from it.

like i said, prolonged usage would result in damages to your body, isa na nga yan pagliit ng balls. pero temporary yan. isa pa, if youre taking t-boosters, tataas ang libido mo hahahaha! havent experienced this but im expecting to feel this anytime soon since nasa second week na ako. the last thing that youd want to have is to develop prostate cancer dahil mag-ooverproduce nga ng ang katawan mo.

more side effects can be found if youre going to google DBol and t-boosters. if you have the money, try stacking up. go to Cash n Carry and buy whey protein and creatine. multivitamins din if youre also trying lose weight.

Kailangan ko ng advice. Medyo napapadami kasi ang kain ko dahil may pagkadepressed ako lately.

Gusto ko lang maging lean and may definition. Ang tabs ko na kasi talaga ngayon.

Best to stick to a good diet esp. when you are a beginner. Supplements are for advanced level lifters.

Strict ba kayo pagdating sa nutrition? Kasi ako nung nagpapayat ako dati kung ano yung nakahandang pagkain sa lamesa kinakain ko basta sapat lang yung dami. Nung 2011 180 lbs. ako tapos after 4 months na kaka-gym at jogging, 40 pounds din yung nawala sa akin. Nasa 130 lbs. na ko ngayon at ganun pa din yung "diet" ko hehehe.

May mga tips po ba kayo na maibabahagi tungkol sa proper diet? Gusto ko i-try at baka mas maganda ang results.

90% of abs are done in the kitchen.

Ok lang ang weight loss pero kung walang buhat na kasama, "skinny fat" ang labas.

As for proper diet, well, basa-basa, dami dyan, hehe.

Ok lang yung hardcore. Pero i find Lipo6 Black to be more effective than Hydroxycut. Mas buhay na buhay ako at ramdam ko talaga yung jitters from too much caffeine.

Ako naman yung lipo 6 na original, ung may ephedrine pa .. i lost 30 lbs in 2 months from drinking that [gooey brown stuff]

(with gym + jogging) .. never tried Hydroxycut though ...

Didn't like Oxyelite Pro, burned my muscles but left me flabby ... i stopped using it and switched back to Lipo 6 ... mas may energy kick ako sa gym kapag naka Lipo 6 ako. Sa Oxyelite Pro sumasakit ulo ko kasi masyado siyang appetite suppressant

Oxyelite Pro around 2100? I bought my Lipo 6 240caps abroad for around 2000 (kasama na shipping) pero around 2800-3000 yan dito ... halos pareho lang sila ng presyo ng Hydroxycut. But you can always buy them cheaper abroad
