i do a hybrid circuit/strength program, i hit alternating muscle groups in circuits of 2-3 exercises. still, nothing beats heavy low rep training for weight loss, since it preserves lean muscle while of course burning a ton of calories at the same time. dont fall into the trap of doing low weight, high rep exercises, since it doesnt build strength like heavy training does, doesnt cause maximal muscle fiber activation, and is simply not the best choice for losing fat while maintaining lean mass.

im currently taking Lipo 6 ultimate concentrate, just to boost my energy levels since im on a moderately low calorie diet. first time i used it was pretty crazy, trained my back for like an hour, including a 220-lb deadlift, and i still wasnt tired after. stuffs insane.
i need to get to 12% body fat in 8-10 weeks, and i hope this aids me in losing the extra bit of fat. currently at around 17-18% bf, down from 25-28%.
