Didn't like Oxyelite Pro, burned my muscles but left me flabby ... i stopped using it and switched back to Lipo 6 ... mas may energy kick ako sa gym kapag naka Lipo 6 ako. Sa Oxyelite Pro sumasakit ulo ko kasi masyado siyang appetite suppressant

Oxyelite Pro around 2100? I bought my Lipo 6 240caps abroad for around 2000 (kasama na shipping) pero around 2800-3000 yan dito ... halos pareho lang sila ng presyo ng Hydroxycut. But you can always buy them cheaper abroad

Bro, you will be bulking up if you drink wheyy. If you want to slim down, you need to cut not bulk up... so fat burners ang hanapin mo

meron dun nadadaan namin pag papunta kami tagaytay. nasa isang building lang sya na malapit dun sa intersection parang tapat yata nung may mga gimikan like padi's point, etc.

madaming body weight exercise.in my opinion kaya naman mag modify ng program nila.basic circuit training lang naman yun.

what i did when i was bulking last year(im on a cut now) to grow my delts was heavy military presses 3x5(based on mark rippetoes starting strength) dumbell presses 2-3x8, front dumbell raises(go very very slow and focus on the negative part of the motion) and the good old dumbell lateral raise. and of course, alot of food. i was taking in about 170-200 grams of protein daily(supplemented by 3-4 scoops of whey/day, egg whites pre bed, and creatine). my shoulders grew in no time at all. kain kain kain lang hehe  :-D

Yun nga lang di ako nageextreme sa shoulders ko kasi medyo may problem yung right shoulder ko. Max ko is 120lbs tapos 6-8 reps lang. I can always give it a try again...

speaking of front lat raises, masnagwowork saken yung barbell raises eh. For some reason di ko maramdaman gaano kapag dumbells gamit ko

basta no matter what exercise you choose for shoulders, the crucial thing is to keep the repetitions very very slow and controlled, kasi sobrang ikli lang nang range of motion nya compared to other muscles. kumbaga sulitin yung bawat rep hehe

i do a hybrid circuit/strength program, i hit alternating muscle groups in circuits of 2-3 exercises. still, nothing beats heavy low rep training for weight loss, since it preserves lean muscle while of course burning a ton of calories at the same time. dont fall into the trap of doing low weight, high rep exercises, since it doesnt build strength like heavy training does, doesnt cause maximal muscle fiber activation, and is simply not the best choice for losing fat while maintaining lean mass.

im currently taking Lipo 6 ultimate concentrate, just to boost my energy levels since im on a moderately low calorie diet. first time i used it was pretty crazy, trained my back for like an hour, including a 220-lb deadlift, and i still wasnt tired after. stuffs insane.  :-o i need to get to 12% body fat in 8-10 weeks, and i hope this aids me in losing the extra bit of fat. currently at around 17-18% bf, down from 25-28%.  :-D

Mga sirs, tips naman diyan, hirap kasi ako magbuhat ng mabibigat kahit malaki akong tao. Any tips to gain strength? Im 6'1 weighing 170 pounds, tagal ko na rin nagbubuhat pero paiba iba ng program. Saka problema ko rin wala akong spotter kasi im only working out at home. Target muscles ko sana deltoids, traps, chest kasi medyo di malapad balikat ko.
