i do a hybrid circuit/strength program, i hit alternating muscle groups in circuits of 2-3 exercises. still, nothing beats heavy low rep training for weight loss, since it preserves lean muscle while of course burning a ton of calories at the same time. dont fall into the trap of doing low weight, high rep exercises, since it doesnt build strength like heavy training does, doesnt cause maximal muscle fiber activation, and is simply not the best choice for losing fat while maintaining lean mass.

im currently taking Lipo 6 ultimate concentrate, just to boost my energy levels since im on a moderately low calorie diet. first time i used it was pretty crazy, trained my back for like an hour, including a 220-lb deadlift, and i still wasnt tired after. stuffs insane.  :-o i need to get to 12% body fat in 8-10 weeks, and i hope this aids me in losing the extra bit of fat. currently at around 17-18% bf, down from 25-28%.  :-D

I take mine 30-60 mins before eating in the morning and around 1 hour pre workout. Bale 2 caps/day, since Ultimate Concentrate yung gamit ko na version. Lipo6 contains Yohimbine kasi, and it is inactivated by Insulin, which is released when you eat. Kaya ideal sya on an empty stomach.  :-D

tell me your age, height and weight. Gawan kita ng sample diet. Walang workout program ang magbibigay sayo ng "cuts" specifically. Kahit payatot sa kanto ay may "cuts". Akala nang karamihan na baguhan ay merong specific na workout na magbibigay ng abs, "cuts", etc. Wala po nyan. What you want is to build a good amount of muscle with low body fat, para makita yung definition ng muscles.

"Cuts" = muscle + low body fat. You build muscle by bulking up, and get low body fat by cutting down AFTER you bulk up. You cannot do both at the same time. Unless you have amazing genetics or are on anabolic steroids.

actually di ko na binasa yung thread na yan. unang post palang naburat na ko eh, iwas gulo nalang.  :lol:

weight mo bro? ang program na pang "cuts", pang bawas ng taba yan, para makita yung muscle definition. pero mejo imposible mag build ng significant na amount ng muscle while losing fat, kasi para mag loose ka ng fat, you need to reduce your food intake. para mag build ng muscle, you need to increase food intake. so medyo kontra sila diba? hehe. kaya advice ko sayo ay magpalaki ka muna, then mag cut ka after mong mag gain ng kapansin pansin na amount ng muscle.

what most skinny beginners do is they bulk first to gain muscle and strength. then pag may muscle na, dun na magbabawas ng taba para makita yung definition ng muscles na pinaghirapan during the bulking phase. ganun yun bro.  :)

Pasingit ako sa usapan nyo. Medyo napukaw atensyon ko sa weight mo considering na 5'4" ka. Medyo underweight ka kung ganun, kung ako tatanungin magpapagain muna ako ng mass bago mag cuts. I suggest magwight gainer ka kung gusto mo mapabilis ang paglaki mo like Mega Mass 4000 or Muscle Juice. In 3 months time, promise kakalimutan mong gusto kong magpacuts. Masgugustuhin mo nang magpalaki haha..

Pero pakinggan mo si Stratfire, kung pareho kami ng isusuggest edi well and good. Mahirap kasi kung iba iba ang susundan mo about your program. Since marami na syang nabigay sayo na payo, tuloy mo lang yan!

Mega Mass 2000 at 4000 lang ang alam ko eh. Yung 4000 kasi mataas ang Protein content compared sa 2000 which for me is ampaw hehe. Dati nasa 53 Kg lang ako tapos umangat ng 59 dahil sa Mega Mass. Tapos huminto ako sa pagtake nun, dahil sa program ko at sa lakas ng pagkaen nasa 64 kg na ko  :lol:

I suggest bulking up muna pero hindi mo naman kelangang lumaki na ala bouncer. Siguro hard gainer ka dahil sa weight mo kaya kelangan mo talaga ng pundasyon. To be able to do so, dapat hindi ka matagal sa gym. Tipong 1 hour ka lang at most, pero kung magstart ka from scratch, kelangan talaga for 1-2 weeks medyo maraming exercise/routine ang gawin mo. sa Program ko ngayon, what I do is:

Let's say Chest/Biceps

Lateral Bench Press 12-10-8-6 reps

Inclined Dumbell Press 12-10-8-6 reps

Lateral Flyes 12-10-8-6 reps

Cable Cross Over (ganun din  :) )

Bicep Dumbell Curls (10-8-6)

Hammers (10-8-6)

Preacher Curls (10-8-6)


Tapos habang kumukonte reps ko per set, dinadagdagan ko nang weights!

Hindi ba masama uminom ng nitrix/nitric supplement :? parang vitamins lang ba ito and optimum-whey naba ang pinaka murang protein na effective.

Hindi ba masama uminom ng nitrix/nitric supplement :? parang vitamins lang ba ito and optimum-whey naba ang pinaka murang protein na effective.

effective?..kahit anong whey pa yan, they will serve as an supplement to what your body needs,
you still need to eat foods with high protein content, kasi need ng isang body builder of protein per gram is 0.8 multiplied to your body weight (lbs)

pero kung hanap mo murang whey protein punta ka sa cash and carry
some of the cheapest whey na nandun like promatrix7, Mutant whey, etc.

sa nitrix nitric supplement never heard it before,
pero kung bibili ka supplement, mga makakatulong sau ay whey protein and creatine...

Hmmmm ako from 48kg to 58kg ngayon... Aim ko is kahit mga 62kg para sakto lang sa 5'7 na height.. Hindi na ko naggain ng weight simula nun haha. Mga 1 1/2 year na ko nagbubuhat. Pinakamhirap pagandahin delts, arms.. Hahaha, haaaaaays kahit pang model lang katawan pwede na nyahaha.
Sino may alam na work out na pang V cut abs? Tama ba di ko alam correct term sorry.

Ano po ang maipapayo nyong diet, program and supplement(and whats are its effects?) sakin? I spend 8-10 hours a day in front of my pc(work nature) so ayun tumataba talaga

Diet lang katapat nyan at disiplina... Meron kami kasama sa gym ang taba taba nya ngayon payat na. Di na sya kumakain ng gabi, heavy meal sa Umaga then tanghali fruits pati gabi. Kahit di ka masyado mag lift ng mabigat ang mahalaga tagalan mo sa gym (cardio) para malabas lahat ng fats.

whey is good for bodybuilding..
but for supplements Whey ,Creatine, and preworkout are the only supplements I think that are worth buying..

no go.

you do not need to spend on those things to "gain muscle" ... all you need to do is lift weights and get your body fat levels low enough to get them muscle definition. its really very simple. people just complicate to make money

I take whey kasi it helps in gaining muscles. I am 150 lbs now and I need to have at least 150-170 grams of protein everyday. Mahirap makuha yung ganung amount of protein just from eating alone. My only supplements are whey protein, glutamine and of course multi vitamins. Kelangan ng katawan natin ng protein after lifting para lumaki at magkaron ng definition.
